Before any work begins we conduct a walkthrough with your facilities contact to identify surface-specific risks, utility locations, drainage points, and access restrictions.

Chemical Safety & SDS Documentation

All cleaning agents are selected for surface compatibility. Safety Data Sheets are available on request. We do not use chemicals that void manufacturer warranties on treated surfaces.

Wastewater Containment

Runoff is managed per local municipal code. For jobs generating significant wash water we deploy containment berms and use an approved disposal workflow — no illegal dumping into storm drains.

Equipment Inspection Logs

Pressure washing equipment is inspected before each commercial deployment. Hose, fitting, and tip condition are logged to prevent mid-job failures that could damage property.

  • Yes. Send us your company's legal name, address, and any specific wording your risk department requires. We'll have a COI from our carrier issued to you — typically within one business day. There is no fee for this.

  • Call or email us directly and we'll share our current policy limits and carrier information. If your contract requires specific coverage amounts, let us know upfront and we can discuss whether our current policy meets your threshold or if a policy rider is appropriate for large-scale jobs.

  • Willow Wash operates as a two-person owner-operated team. We do not subcontract our commercial work to third parties, so the individuals on your property are always covered under our policy. You won't discover unknown workers on-site.

  • Yes. We have W-9, business license, and COI documentation ready. For portal-based vendor systems, share the login link or PDF form and we'll complete it directly. Most commercial onboarding processes for our category are straightforward and we've navigated them before.

  • Yes. Workers' compensation is active for all field personnel in accordance with California Labor Code requirements. This protects your property from worker injury claims that could otherwise be directed at you as a premises owner or manager.

  • We manage runoff in compliance with local municipal discharge codes. For jobs with significant wash water volume we use containment berms and an approved disposal workflow. We do not discharge cleaning chemical runoff into storm drains. SDS sheets for all chemicals are available on request.

  • All commercial jobs are invoiced through Jobber, which generates a detailed service record including date, scope, and pricing. We also provide before-and-after photo documentation for most commercial engagements — useful for your maintenance logs, tenant communications, or property condition records.

  • Yes. We've completed exterior cleaning on multi-building commercial campuses with active tenants. Our standard practice is to confirm arrival windows with your facilities team, cordon work zones, and schedule operations to minimize disruption to building access and parking.
