Incomplete stain removal — stains that were quoted as removable but remain after cleaning
Roof or house wash gaps — mold, algae, or organic growth that was quoted for treatment and wasn't fully addressed
Quality falling short of the quote — any result that doesn't match the standard discussed at time of booking
Outside the Guarantee
New dirt after job completion — environmental resoiling that occurs after we've left is a new condition, not a quality issue
Pre-existing stains noted at booking — permanent staining disclosed and excluded at time of estimate is not covered
Scope outside the original quote — surfaces or areas not included in the original work order
Claims after 7 days — concerns raised more than 7 days after job completion fall outside the guarantee window
Structural or pre-existing surface damage — cracked, damaged, or degraded surfaces that cannot be cleaned to new condition

  • Nothing. Every job is automatically covered. You don't need to ask for it, register anything, or pay extra. If you have a concern within 7 days of job completion, contact us and we handle it.

  • This depends on what was represented at booking. If we quoted the stain as removable and it remains after our work, that's on us — we return and address it. If we flagged the stain as a permanent condition at the estimate stage and you accepted that, it falls outside the guarantee scope. We're honest about what's achievable upfront precisely to avoid this situation.

  • Rain after job completion is a new environmental condition, not a quality issue — so it falls outside the guarantee window. However, if the rain reveals a cleaning miss that was underneath (e.g., a spot we didn't reach), that's a different situation and we'd treat it accordingly. When in doubt, send us a photo and we'll give you an honest answer.

  • Call or text (669) 254-7406. You'll reach an owner directly. A photo of the concern is helpful but not required. We'll confirm a return visit date — usually within 5 business days — and that's it.

  • Our guarantee is structured as a free return visit — we come back and fix the problem. This is how we prefer to resolve issues because it lets us actually make it right rather than just financially settle it. In exceptional circumstances, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.   • Yes. The same guarantee applies to commercial exterior cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and all other services we offer. The scope and claim window are identical regardless of job size.
